Student Support Initiatives, in collaboration with Summer Session, is offering the Summer Bridge program in 2019.

HOW TO APPLY/APPLICATION
Bridge Application Information:
Submit your completed Summer Bridge Application online through UCI EEE. Students who plan on attending Freshman Edge even if a Summer Bridge Scholarship is not awarded, should also enroll in Freshman Edge to save their space in the program and receive the best chances at a space in their desired course. Summer Bridge Scholarship applicants will be notified of their acceptance status beginning mid-May.
FAFSA/CA Dream Act Requirement:
*May 27: Final date to complete the 2018-2019 FAFSA or 2018-2019 CA Dream Act Application*.
Note: the 2018-2019 FAFSA or CA Dream Act is different from the 2019-2020 FAFSA or CA Dream Act that you may have already completed for fall, winter, spring aid. Be sure to submit both 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 FAFSA or CA Dream Act.
Be sure to complete the 2018-2019 FAFSA or 2018-2019 CA Dream Act (due in late May, though it is recommended that you complete your FAFSA early and apply for the Summer Bridge Scholarship starting April 20, 2019 and no later than May 27, 2019).
*NOTE: Tax Return Transcripts must be submitted directly to the UCI Office of Financial Aid. The tax transcripts should be for the year 2016 since the 18-20 FAFSA/or CA Dream Act requires that year’s tax return information.
